KREDIXO strives to ensure that this policy, as well as its practical data handling, complies with the amended personal data protection law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). KREDIXO acts as the data controller as defined by these regulations.
ARTICLE 2: COLLECTED DATA
Each data collection form on the KREDIXO website limits data collection to what is strictly necessary for the offered services. These data are collected within the scope outlined below (Article 3).
However, additional data may be collected by KREDIXO when users fill in free fields on the website. Some data are mandatory for users to access the services offered by KREDIXO on its website.
ARTICLE 3: METHOD OF COLLECTION

KREDIXO may use the personal data it holds to:

– Share information about products and offers from third parties – customers or partners of KREDIXO – based on user role and/or interest related to their activity or organization;
– Commercialize this information as qualified databases to third parties – clients or partners of KREDIXO – in line with roles or identified interests relating to the data subject’s activity or organization;
These personal data are used by KREDIXO in connection with promoting its own products/services or customer acquisition on behalf of third parties, and only within the legal limits.
ARTICLE 5: DATA HOSTING
All data collected and processed by KREDIXO are hosted within the European Union. If any subcontractor is located outside the EU, KREDIXO undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of its clients' and users' data.
KREDIXO also commits to verifying that these service providers comply with data security and confidentiality requirements throughout the contractual relationship. If not, KREDIXO will terminate the contract.
ARTICLE 6: USER RIGHTS REGARDING THEIR DATA
Under the amended data protection law and GDPR, users have the following rights concerning their data:
• The right to request access to processed data.
• The right to request the correction or deletion of processed data.
• The right to restrict the processing of your data.
• The right to object to the processing of your data.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to file a complaint with the CNIL.
